Wanan, Korean web comic artist

[Webcomic is basically comic, but published through websites. Websites that seek to get a lot of people to visit their websites (such as portals, search engines, or even websites of certain companies) publish them and hold the copyright.
Korean paper comic market is small, ...to say the least. There is limited space for comic book artists. Of course, this is true in all countries.
But Korean market is especially small compared to the amount of comic fans than many other countries. (Due to many reasons... like comic book scans.) So many Korean comic artists start careers at webcomic. (But it's not like webcomic market is saving the Korean comic market. It's just as limited as the paper one.)]

I wish I could put up some comics of his, but they're all copy righted.................T.T

This is a web comic artist I've been loving lately. [http://naver.com] publishes it. There are plenty of people who draw better drawings or make better stories, but the story is comical and it is my type. So I've been liking his work:D

You can read all the comics in the above link..... of course, it's all in Korean. There aren't any translations as far as I know. T.T
The concept of the story starts with a heterosexual college freshman becoming roomates with a gay guy. South Korea is unfriendly to the idea of homosexuality compared to western countries.
So this concept is somewhat shocking one in Korea. It tries to educate about what gay people are actually like and how they are treated in a society like South Korea.
Then the concept changes to a normal sitcom involving these characters.

The gay roomate in the story. He is called "Home",
because his real name is "Homo Kim"(.......)

This comic artist, "Wanan", plans to finish his work up as quickly as he can. He wants to work on his next work as soon as possible. I don't know if [Naver] will use him again or if I will even like his works by that time, but I'll be enjoying his works until then... :D
